• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain satisfactory authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error

In case of Persicom Ltd having received full payment for an order, but Persicom Ltd itself deciding not to fulfil that order, Persicom Ltd will refund your purchase in full.

Cancellation of orders

If you decide for any reason to cancel your order after we have already dispatched the products, you will not receive any kind of refund.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, after you have purchased the products but the goods have not been dispatched we will charge you an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the total price of the products ordered and hence refund only 90% of your payment. This is because we would have incurred credit card and administrative charges.

Refund and returns policy

If there is a fault with the product delivered you may apply for a full or partial refund as appropriate. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse on the recipient's part.

Age requirements

If you order a product where a minimum age requirement is indicated, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
