1. How does the whole thing work?
It's very simple. We give you a choice of flowers available in Iran. You choose the appropriate flower on the Dastchin website, and the proceed to the checkout. At the checkout you will be able to write down your own and the recipient's details as well as a personal message to be delivered with the flowers. Your payment is then processed and verified. The whole payment process only takes a few minutes. We then deliver the flowers for you in Iran.

2. How long have you been around?
Dastchin.com has been operating since December 2002. It is owned by Persicom Ltd which was registered in December 1995.

3. Where do you get your flowers?
We only deliver the highest quality flowers from Iran's select few elite flower shops. We require that the flowers are of the highest quality and we pay the most expensive price for the best possible flowers.

4. How are the flowers actually delivered?
The flowers are delivered by hand, either by taxi or a dedicated flower delivery car, depending on the city.

5. Do you deliver to all cities?
Yes we deliver to all the major cities in Iran. However, we may not be able to deliver to villages and very small towns, and in these cases you should contact us first to see whether we can make the delivery or not and whether you will incur any extra delivery charges.

6. How long does it take to deliver the flowers?
That's really up to you. There is no extra charge for quick deliveries. In your order form, you will have the chance to tell us when you wish to have the flowers delivered.

For same day deliveries (only available in Tehran), we require the order to be in by 4:00 pm Tehran time. Otherwise 24 hours notice is sufficient for the rest of the country.

7. Can I include a message with the flowers?
Yes during the order stage, you will be able to write a message in English or Persian which will be sent along with the flowers.

8. How can I be sure my credit card details are safe?
Dastchin.com uses two of the best known credit card processors on the Internet, PayPal and WorldPay. Your credit card is processed and verified by them and none of our staff actually see your credit card details.

9. Why is "Persicom Ltd" showing up on my credit card statement?
Persicom Ltd is the company which operates Dastchin.com. So the name Persicom Ltd will show up on your credit card statement.

10. Can I pay without a credit card?
We only accept payments by credit card or PayPal.

11. What if I cancel an order?
If you decide to cancel your order before we have delivered the flowers, we will refund 90% of the order amount. 10% is deducted for our credit card processing and admin costs.
